Baseball: everything in one place

Batting, base-running and teamwork on the diamond. A whole-platform hub assembled from 7 sections of existing, cross-linked knowledge — skills, rules, equipment, science, calculators, comparisons, diagrams, learning and research.

Overview

Baseball is a bat-and-ball team sport played on a diamond-shaped field, where two teams alternate between batting and fielding. The batting side tries to hit a pitched ball and run around a series of bases to score, while the fielding side works to get batters out.

It blends short, explosive actions — a pitch, a swing, a sprint or a throw — with tactical positioning and teamwork. Batting cages and casual games make it easy to practise the basics, and the mix of skills means there is a place for a wide range of players.
